Delete your Apiary OS account

You can request permanent deletion of your Apiary OS account and associated data here, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request deletion

Email mark@enrega.com with the subject Apiary OS account deletion request. Include the email address used for your Apiary OS account. If possible, send the request from that address. We will verify that you own the account before deleting it. Never send your password.

What happens to your data

After verification, we delete your account and its personal workspace, including your personal apiary, hive and inspection records. Records in shared workspaces may remain for other members, but your account is removed as their author. We may retain limited records where required for billing, security or legal obligations, as described in our privacy policy.

An active Stripe subscription is cancelled during deletion. If you own a shared workspace, you may first need to transfer its ownership; we will help you with that step.

If you still have the app and can sign in, you can also open Account settings → Delete my account to delete your account there.
